Single station rail-mounted cart with on-board operator

These carts are designed to cover long distances between storage and the press.
Based on a special design using standard components, these carts can be adapted to different needs. They can be fitted with loading extensions, or even lifting systems on request.

Single station rail-mounted cart

The carts have a built-in SERAPID push/pull system They are usually coupled to a concurrent die preparation stand. They are simple and effective and guarantee die changes at a stable reference time. They can be fitted with an extension if the press bolster is offset from the side supports. As an option they can service two back-to-back presses.

Double station rail-mounted cart

Double station carts have two built-in SERAPID push/pull systems One station is used concurrently to prepare the next die. They are simple and effective and guarantee die changes at a stable reference time. They can be fitted with an extension if the press bolster is offset from the side supports.

• repeatable change time, prepared while the press is operating
• only requires a preparation table
• quick return on investment due to the very short die change time
